A flagship program of the bank, and part of the digital transformation program, IGS was asked to deliver the digital retail lending application with-in extremely aggressive timelines, as part of the initial launch.
The program had already slipped its milestones and was struggling to launch for a few months before IGS was invited to take-over.

IGS took a very pragmatic approach to Quality engineering, by establishing the current quality of the build, through its proprietary Quality audit framework (AssesQ).
By establishing and exposing the true quality of the build, IGS was able to gain confidence and help build an optimized and executable plan that helped management make predictable delivery commitments.
Using IGS's in-house built test-automation framework (QualiZen), IGS was able to optimize the repetitive test executions, and helped prioritize "Shift-Left" activities, reducing the rework and hence reducing the overall delivery timelines.
