A US Based Telecom Major drew a migration plan to modernize their Network Provisioning Engine. The client was migrating from a Switch Control to future proof NPS to support real time activity on usage and subscriptions for all their subscribers (SL/Partner).

IGS identified key user journeys as part of the UX testing to ensure Quality of Experience. Automation of E2E User Journeys using OTT UTAF and Continuous test automation. IGS validated content playback, subscription, content management system, back-end test orchestration.
Non-functional test scope including User concurrency load testing, Performance benchmarking, QoS, Ad-validation and analytics and Application security testing. Cross Browsers / Cross Device testing was carried out on multiple browsers, Smart Phones (Android & iOS). OTT App Integration Testing
